What We Do?

We have been providing our services for testing of raw materials, components, and fittings, thickness survey, pneumatic & hydrostatic testing of air receivers and pressure vessels, repair and calibration of monitoring and measuring equipment (Instruments). We also supply the testing machines, accessories, testing consumables and laboratory equipments.

Our range of presented services includes:

Mechanical and Chemical Testing of Ferrous, Non-ferrous Metal & Alloys, Tor Steel, rubber & plastic, Construction Blocks, scaffolding and Construction/ Drinking Water.

Non-destructive Testing viz. DP, MPI, Ultrasonic, Radiography and Coating Thickness.

Calibration and Repair of Mechanical, Electrical and Thermal Instruments.

Calibration of Tensile machines and Hardness Testing Machines.

Hydrostatic Testing and Thickness Survey of Air Receivers, Boilers, Pipes and other Pressure Vessels.

Survey and Testing of Cranes, Hoist, Chain pulley and other Lifting Appliances.

Qualification of Welders and preparation of Welding Procedure Specification (WPS). Procedure Qualification Records (PQR) and Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ).

Sales of Testing Machines, Instruments, Poldi Hardness Tester & Testing Consumables Viz. Dye Penetrant (DP), Magnetic Particle, Poldi Test Bars and other Laboratory Equipment and Consumables.

We have been providing our services to the government and private sectors including ONGC, Indian Railways, NTPC, BHEL, HPCL, Escorts and many other clients located at Jammu, Ambala, Faridabad, Gurgaon, Sonepat, Panipat, Kaithal, Bawal, NOIDA Aligarh, Ghaziabad, Meerut, Mathura, Kosi Kalan, Bareilly and many other locations.
